Biography
An existential writer and witness whose work moves across literary forms. His writing emerges from the experience of war and forced displacement, and from contemplating the transformations imposed upon place, time, and everyday life under destruction. He writes as a witness to what has taken place, using language to record the experience, preserve its traces, and carry the stories that absence might conceal or oblivion disperse.
“I am the Moon of the Wolves; I do not possess the language of humans with which to bear witness. Everything I utter is a howl above Trace of The Tide, and everything you hear is a wail for the homes that vanished and the names the waves swallowed, without swallowing their trace.”
